Seared beef tenderloin stuffed with cheese


Steamed broccoli glazed with reduction of red and white wine.
Appetizer
I had leftover rice so I decided to get creative and make crispy rice balls.  I seasoned the rice, mixed in an egg,  rolled it into a ball, stuffed some mozzarella in the middle, and dipped in some crumbs.  Then the rice balls were deep fried until crispy brown.

I'm glad to see that the wine glasses no longer contain ice cubes. ;-) Loved the smeared sauce; adds a touch of culinary sophistication.
