Fried Banana Ice Cream

Fast and easy:

1. Mash a banana into a bowl and let it sit in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour some tempura flour and bread crumbs into a small bowl.
3. Roll the banana into balls or whatever shape you prefer. Then dip it in the tempura flour and bread crumbs mixture.
4. Set the cooking oil on high heat and fry it for about 30 to 60 seconds until brown.
5. Serve it with your choice of ice cream.  Drizzle some fudge and caramel  on top and sprinkle some nuts.
